Water filter housing developed pinhole leak over the weekend. Scheduled appointment for Monday to fix, but overnight leak was too big. Had to turn off water to entire building. Contacted Quarry Hills and they were there in a few hours. Replaced pipe and turned water back on. When new filter arrived, installed and added a line to bypass the filter should this ever happen again. Great service and friendly staff all around. Have used Quarry Hills for 17 years and they always come through.

Fantastic Job Replacing Our Boiler
After 35 years, our heater boiler went. The next day, Quarry Hills Plumbing & HVAC came to inspect, and gave us several itemized quotes and options to choose from. The following day, they did the job. They were great to work with and did a fantastic job replacing our boiler with a new, more modern, and more efficient heater boiler that takes up much less space in our basement. After trying and failing for more than two years to get someone to service our Kohler steam generator, I was referred to Quarry Hills Plumbing. What a relief! We got an appointment quickly, the plumber who was sent to our house arrived when he was scheduled to, he tackled the issue we had efficiently, and laid out options to address it. At the end of the day, we opted to replace the unit and they ordered one for us. When it arrived, the same plumber returned and because he had been here before, knew exactly what needed to be done. Fast Turnaround and Smooth Installation
I was in need of a new gas boiler, and they came onsite, quoted, and committed to an installation date with a fast turnaround. The timing was difficult, and I created a bit of a fuss when they called to cancel given some inclement weather (school cancellations, less so bad conditions), and they called me back shortly after to send a new technician out after I suggested I'd start looking for business elsewhere (nothing personal, just needed it installed and had comparative quotes from other businesses). Otherwise, the installation, as far as I understand and can currently tell, went smoothly. They were here most of the day of their original commitment and stayed on quote pricing; technicians were very pleasant to chat with. Was happy with the experience and would recommend and use them again.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a Google review, but I just had to show my appreciation for the two guys at Quarry that helped us out with our water heater today! A valve suddenly died on us and the house was at around 40 degrees, and had been for about 7 days (went out at some point while we were on vacation and we came home to basically a walk-in freezer😂). They were out to us a few hours after I called and had the entire system up and running by around 4 p.m. They stayed and took their time even though the job ended up being bigger/longer than they originally thought, running into a FRIDAY evening😭, and for that I thought the price was very fair. We will have them back for our annual maintenance! Thanks, Quarry!

Our boiler broke and it was FREEZING last night. Called at 6 a.m. - had Jose at our house at 9 - heat is back on by 11! Thank you so much, Jose, for quickly fixing the problem and replacing two parts for us, and also educating us on the boiler (we are clueless new homeowners lol!). He was super nice, quick, and very neat - fixed the problem you wouldn’t even know anything went wrong! And took an extra few moments to talk to us about our old-ass boiler and things to look out for in the future. 😂

Dysfunctional Water Heater Help
I have recently found myself with a dysfunctional water heater. After contacting several companies asking for help, this company responded quickly. Upon speaking with the receptionist, I found I had a problem. Taking action upon herself, she called me with a solution after speaking with her supervisor. This is not common behavior for the current time. They were able to respond and install a new water heater for me the next day. The technicians were spot on time-wise. They were respectful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and considerate. Had an issue with my furnace. I've used Quarry Hills for 2 prior AC repairs, so I was very happy to call them again. They got right back to me and scheduled the service. Andrew was very thorough and up front about the potential issues/fixes as well as costs. He had the furnace back up and running within an hour, gave me some information to keep it on if the issue returned, as well as provided invoices for each of the repair scenarios in the event my aging unit needed a part replaced. Would definitely use them again!
